For each competition, a team form is required as well as individual permission forms for each competitor/team member.

There are no competitions right now (summer break) so we've removed the forms for the time being. Once we announce the next competition season we'll have new forms available. Use these standard forms to register your team for upcoming competition (one for your team, and one for each individual athlete).
