The Annual General Meeting will take place each year after the scheduled provincials.
The purpose of this meeting is:
- Election of executive
- Input of membership
- Review of annual financial report.
Two months prior to this meeting, nomination forms will be available on our website or sent through email. Nominations forms are to be sent to the committee one month prior to the election. Nomination forms will be perused by the nomination committee to ensure that nominees are of an age of majority nineteen (19) years with a minimum of two (2) years coaching experience or be a designated faculty advisor for a registered team. The general membership will be supplied with a list of nominees for executive positions. Each membership school is allowed only 1 vote.
